    Diigo is a great app.
I have used it briefly, and I hope to get familiar with all its features in the future.
It is a great way to interact with the web, and customize webpages with your own notes, and highlights.
It makes the web a interactive platform, and thus furthers the accessibility of the internet, making each website rather like a book that can be marked up. In this way, each website you customize can later be disseminated for study.
